Two minutes
Information in. On-brand out.
Watch the same prompt run twice. First in plain Claude, then with the brand foundation installed. The difference is what you are buying.
The road
Everyone's already on this road.
Seven stops between asking AI a question and running the business with it.

You are here, probably. Most people are between stops two and three.
The engagements
We move you along it.
Each engagement covers a stretch of the road. The amber marker is the stop it takes you to.
04
The Setup
$2,000
Gets you to stop four. Your documents in your brand, the foundation built and installed inside Claude, and your team shown how to use it.
06
The Implementation
From $10,000
Takes you to stops five and six. The working systems: reports that assemble themselves, posts and releases arriving ready to review, connected into how the company runs.
07
Ongoing operations
By arrangement
The road walked together. We stay in the work as the systems grow with the business, the way we run with Pulse Technology Hub.
Training
Then we train your team.
We sit with the people who write the proposals and reports, on your real documents, until working on brand with Claude is normal for them. That is the step that decides whether a setup gets used or gathers dust, so it is the step we do not skip.
The result is a team that produces finished, on-brand work with Claude by default, whoever is writing, with nothing new to learn and no subscription to carry.
Built with the system, in use today
We had brand guidelines nobody opened, and AI that wrote a different way every time. Now every proposal and report my team sends comes out as Pulse, whoever wrote it.

Good to know
The questions we get asked
Straight answers to what comes up most.
Can AI create my business documents for me?
Yes. Claude can draft the proposals, reports, posts and most of the documents your business produces. On its own though it hands you a generic draft you still have to finish and reformat. Ortopylot sets Claude up so the documents come out finished from the start, in your structure and your voice.
Can't I just upload my brand guide to Claude myself?
You can, and Anthropic encourages it. It works in a demo and drifts in real use, because a brand guide is written for people to read, not for a model to apply the same way every time. Ten people uploading the same guide still get ten different documents. Reliable output needs a full set of foundational documents built in a specific structure, and building that is the work we do.
How do I get Claude to produce a finished document, not a rough draft?
You give Claude your business to work from, not just a prompt. Most AI output reads as a first draft because the model is filling a blank page with no knowledge of your company, your format or how you write. Once that lives inside Claude as a foundation it reads on every task, the documents come out ready to send rather than ready to edit.
How do I stop rewriting and reformatting everything Claude gives me?
The rewriting stops when Claude already knows your format, your wording and your standards. You reformat now because each document starts from nothing and lands in the model's default style. With your structure and voice built in, the formatting and tone are right the first time, so there is nothing to redo.
Can I set Claude up so my whole team's documents come out consistent?
Yes, and that is the main reason to do it. A prompt only helps the person who wrote it, so a team of ten ends up producing ten versions of the company. A shared foundation inside Claude means everyone works from the same source, and the documents match no matter who made them.
Why do the documents AI writes come out generic, not like my company?
Because the model has nothing of yours to draw on, so it writes from the average of everything it has seen, and that average is what reads as generic. When your business facts, your structure and your voice are built into Claude, it stops guessing and the output sounds like you. That on-brand result is what makes an automatic draft actually usable.
Do I need a defined brand for this to work?
You need something for Claude to be consistent to, but it does not have to be a finished brand identity. If you already have a brand, we put it into Claude so every document carries it. If you do not, we build the essentials first, then set them up the same way.
Can an agency set this up for its own clients?
Yes. Agencies use Ortopylot to deliver this to their clients, with the setup done once for each client and owned by them. It is a way to offer something most agencies cannot.
Will every document come out perfect?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something. The system does the heavy work, the structure, the formatting, the voice, the parts that used to eat half an hour per document. You still review the output the way you would review anyone's work. The difference is you are reviewing a finished document instead of rewriting a draft.
Is it a one-off, and do we own it after?
It is a one-off setup, and you own what we build. There is no subscription and no lock-in. Once it is in place inside Claude, it is yours to use and adjust as your business changes.
