Can you build our existing brand into Claude?
Yes. That is exactly what this is. We take the brand you already have, your voice, your rules, the way your documents look, and set it up inside Claude so every document your team produces comes out in it. You keep your brand. We make Claude use it.
What if our brand lives across lots of documents, not one tidy guide?
That is normal, and it is fine. Most brands are spread across past proposals, decks and a style note or two. We pull the real, working version of your brand from what you already produce, not just a guidelines PDF, and build that into Claude.
Will this change our brand, or apply it as it already is?
It applies your brand exactly as it is. We are not redesigning anything or giving you a new look. The only change is that Claude now knows your brand and uses it, so the documents your team makes come out consistent without anyone policing them.
What do you need from us to start?
Whatever already holds your brand. Your guidelines if you have them, plus a handful of documents that show how you actually write and present. From that we build the foundation inside Claude. You do not need to prepare anything new or write a brief.
How soon can our team use it?
Quickly. This is a one-off setup, not a long project. Once it is in place inside Claude, your whole team works from it straight away, and every document they produce comes out on brand from the first draft.
Does everyone on the team get the same result?
