From there, you are the operator. You deliver The Setup to each client you win: their brand captured, structured into a foundation, installed into their Claude, and their team shown how to use it, with their own approval portal along the way. We provide every piece of documentation and training material you need, and we are there when you have a question.

Can we use this for our own clients?
Yes. The Setup is what you deliver: each client's brand set up inside Claude, so every document their team makes comes out finished and on brand. You run the work and keep the client relationship.
Will you deal with our clients directly?
No. You keep the client relationship and your client director stays in front. Ortopylot is a system you use behind the scenes to do the work, the same as any other tool in your stack.
How does pricing work for us?
It is arranged with you directly. Because you use the system across multiple clients, we set the terms with you rather than putting a fixed per-client price on the site.
Who owns each client's setup?
The client does. What is built for a client is theirs, the same as any work you deliver. You run the system and the relationship, and the client owns the result.
How many clients can we use it for?
As many as you like. There is no cap. Once you know the system, you run it across your whole client base, with each client set up and owning their own build.
Do we need to be technical to use it?
No. You do not need engineers or a technical team. It is built to be used by an agency, and we get you up and running. If you can manage brand work for clients, you can use this.
